Shipping policy

All products are created after order submission. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing all custom orders. Shipping is additional time. Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. 

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take up to 4 business days. Express orders can take up to 3 business days and rush orders can take up to 1 business day to process. These are estimated times and does not include weekends and holidays.

In-transit time starts when your order has been shipped. It does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or US holidays. For information on delivery times please refer to the shipping policy.
